Schedule & Responsibilities
3:00PM- Guests Arrive
4:00PM - Intro Circle
6:00PM - Dinner
To do:
• Unloading everything
• Organize Kitchen Stuff (Toaster, coffee pot, pots pans, bowls, spices, etc.)
• Organizing Food Delivery
• Clean & fill water bottles
• Empty water from cooler, wash and refill bottles
• Clean Maloca & prepare ceremony space for intro circle
• Cut fruit for arrival
• Prep dinner food (below)
• Dishes (after every meal)
• Clean the kitchen after meals
• Prepare overnight oats (https://www.newliferising.com/recipes/overnight-oats)for breakfast
• Turn on outside & garden lights at dusk (5pm)
• Make sure all lights are turned off, bring in the speaker and tablet, and close the kitchen for the night.
• Text Jeanae when all is done, and all guests have gone to bed.
MEALS
Arrival:
• Brew coffee and cut fresh fruit
DINNER: Mushrooms,(https://www.newliferising.com/recipes/balsamic-mushroom-gravyhttps://www.newliferising.com/recipes/balsamic-mushroom-gravy) rice, sweet potato, broccoli salad,(https://www.newliferising.com/recipes/broccoli-salad) white beans & kale,(https://www.newliferising.com/recipes/white-beans-kale) regular salad
• Have ready: amino acids, balsamic vinegar, garlic, sunflower seeds, cranberries, fake meat bits & corn starch
• Cook rice
• Wash mushrooms and leave to dry in the strainer
• Wash & dice sweet potatoes
• Cut broccoli into small pieces
• Dice 1 red onion
• Chop 2ish kale leaves, removing the hard stalk in the center
• Strain 6 cans of white beans
• Make a green salad (shred carrots, beets, slice cucumber, sliced red onion, and halved cherry tomatoes)

9:00AM - Massages
12:30PM - Lunch
2:30PM - Yoga
6:00PM - Ceremony
To do:
• Prepare breakfast
• Clean Maloca and bring in dividers for massages
• Collect firewood and cover under the maloca roof or with tarp
• Prepare lunch
• Prepare the maloca for yoga
• Clean mats after yoga and put away props
• Prepare ceremony space (mats, buckets, pillows, blankets)
• Put the speaker and tablet in the kitchen before the ceremony
• Start fire & empty buckets after the ceremony
• Make sure guests get back to their rooms safely
BREAKFAST:
• Brew coffee

LUNCH: Pineapple Rice (https://www.newliferising.com/recipes/pineapple-rice)
• Cook rice 3 cups (6 small bowls) rice with 1 can coconut milk, 1 box of pineapple juice and any extra water needed
• Chop a half of pineapple into small pieces,
• Dice 1 red onion,
• Chop cilantro
• Cut limes
• Hard boil eggs
• Put out fake bacon bits
Cooking: In a large pan, saute red onion and garlic in coconut oil. Once the onion is transparent and the garlic fragrant, add two cups (approximately) of chopped cashews and one bag of coconut flakes. Sauté, stirring often to avoid burning. Then add chopped pineapple. Slowly add in the cooked rice. Transfer to a large bowl, mix in cilantro, add salt, and lime juice.

• Make Rice (2 cups rice, 2 cups water, add pinch of salt, garlic powder and olive oil)
• Slice the onions and red peppers
• Make guacamole (mashed avocados, diced white onion, cilantro, and lime)
• Make mango salsa or other salsa if no mangos.
• Chop lettuce
• Chop tomatoes
• Prepare refried beans (two large cans of red beans, water drained and mashed with a hand blender)
DINNER: Chickpeas & tomato,(https://www.newliferising.com/recipes/tomato-chickpea-sauce) rice, fried plantain (https://www.newliferising.com/recipes/sweet-plantainshttps://www.newliferising.com/recipes/sweet-plantains)(in coconut oil), broccoli, beets, cucumber salad, green salad
• Cut 1 large white onion
• Slice plantains
• Chop broccoli into medium florets
• Chop beets into cubes
• Use the slicer for cucumber salad
• Slicer red onion
• Drain one can of chickpeas
• Prepare green salad (shredded carrot, beets, cucumber, onion, tomato)

• Cook 1.5 cups of quinoa with 1.5 cups of water (season with turmeric, garlic, salt, and a splash of olive oil to cook)
• Dice 1 red onion
• Dice 2 whole cucumbers
• Dice 2 red peppers
• Chop mint
• Chop 3 bundles of kale, stems removed
• Chop 1 bundle parsley
• Strain one can of chickpeas
• Heat the pita and cut it into 4s
DINNER: Pasta lemon cashew broccoli,(https://www.newliferising.com/recipes/lemon-cashew-broccoli-pasta) roasted carrots,(https://www.newliferising.com/recipes/carrots) corn, cabbage salad,(https://www.newliferising.com/recipes/cabbage-salad) regular salad
• Prepare boiling water for Pasta
• Cut broccoli into small florets
• Half carrots and cut into 3-inch sections
• Strain 6 cans of corn
• Blend strained corn with half a can of coconut milk with a hand blender until slightly creamy
• Chop half a red cabbage
• Chop 1 green apple
• Prepare green salad (lettuce, cucumber, shredded carrot, shredded beets, cherry tomatoes, sliced onion)

• Make sure lights are turned out and kitchen is clean, bring in speaker and tablet and close kitchen

LUNCH: Peruvian quinoa salad, tuna, and hard-boiled eggs
• Cook 2 cups of quinoa and 2 cups of water
• Hard-boil eggs
• Halve the Kalamata olives
• Halve cherry tomatoes
• Cut the cucumber into quarters
• Dice 1- 2 red onions
• Slice avocado
• Chop cilantro
• Chop mint
• Chop celery
DINNER: Broccoli fried rice, pan-seared chicken, Asian cabbage salad (cilantro, crushed peanuts), cut green beans w/ caramelized onions, and salad
• Cook rice
• Chop broccoli into small pieces
• Chop cabbage
• Shred carrots
• Crush peanuts
• Chop cilantro
• Wash and cut green beans
• Slice a white onion
• Prepare a green salad
• Filet chicken and cut in strips
• Prepare breakfast
• Clean maloca (sweep and mop)
• Store yoga massage dividers, mats, blocks, straps, buckets, and ceremony mats inside maloca and close doors
• Put away kitchen stuff (toaster, coffee pot, pots, pans, bowls, etc)
• Collect books, sunscreen & bug spray
• Collect water bottles
• Organize leftover food and clean fridges
• Do all dishes and clean kitchen
• Prepare kitchen box
