FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

All participants are required to complete a medical screening over the phone prior to booking. Once approved, we will provide you with all the booking instructions and terms. A 50% deposit is required to reserve your spot.

Cancellations made more than 60 days before the retreat start date are eligible for a full refund of the deposit, minus a 5% processing fee. Cancellations made 30–60 days before the retreat start date are not eligible for a deposit refund, but the deposit may be transferred toward a future retreat within one year, subject to availability. Cancellations made less than 30 days before the retreat start date are not eligible for a refund. If we are able to rebook the room, the deposit may be transferred toward a future retreat within one year, subject to availability and at the discretion of New Life Rising. If the room is not rebooked, the deposit is forfeited. Retreat balances are due 14 days before the retreat start date. If a cancellation occurs within 14 days of the retreat, all payments are non-refundable. If we are able to rebook the room, payments may be transferred toward a future retreat within one year, subject to availability and at the discretion of New Life Rising. All cancellations and refunds are subject to a 5% processing fee. Once the retreat has begun, no refunds will be issued for any unused portion of the retreat. Additional Cancellation Terms: All cancellations are subject to the terms outlined above, regardless of the reason for cancellation, including but not limited to illness, personal emergencies, travel disruptions, visa issues, weather events, or other unforeseen circumstances. For this reason, we strongly recommend that guests purchase travel insurance to protect their investment.

You are free to leave the retreat at any time. However, because your space has been reserved for the full duration of the program, no refunds or partial refunds are issued for early departure, regardless of the reason.If you choose to leave early, you will also be responsible for arranging and covering the cost of your own transportation. Because of the retreat’s location and the distance to the airport or other destinations, private transportation arranged on short notice can be expensive and typically costs approximately $500, depending on the destination and availability.We strongly encourage guests to plan to remain for the full retreat and to speak with our team if challenges arise during their stay so we can support them whenever possible.
