FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

All participants are required to complete a medical screening (/schedule-a-call)over the phone prior to booking. Once approved, we will provide you with all the booking instructions and terms. A 50% deposit is required to reserve your spot.

Cancellations made more than 60 days before the retreat start date are eligible for a full refund of the deposit, minus a 5% processing fee. Cancellations made 30–60 days before the retreat start date are not eligible for a deposit refund, but the deposit may be transferred toward a future retreat within one year, subject to availability. Cancellations made less than 30 days before the retreat start date are not eligible for a refund. If we are able to rebook the room, the deposit may be transferred toward a future retreat within one year, subject to availability and at the discretion of New Life Rising. If the room is not rebooked, the deposit is forfeited. Retreat balances are due 14 days before the retreat start date. If a cancellation occurs within 14 days of the retreat, all payments are non-refundable. If we are able to rebook the room, payments may be transferred toward a future retreat within one year, subject to availability and at the discretion of New Life Rising. All cancellations and refunds are subject to a 5% processing fee. Once the retreat has begun, no refunds will be issued for any unused portion of the retreat. Additional Cancellation Terms: All cancellations are subject to the terms outlined above, regardless of the reason for cancellation, including but not limited to illness, personal emergencies, travel disruptions, visa issues, weather events, or other unforeseen circumstances. For this reason, we strongly recommend that guests purchase travel insurance to protect their investment.
