With just a few ingredients and a food processor, you can enjoy rich, creamy, and naturally flavorful peanut butter.

Note: The ingredient quantities listed are approximate. I’ve been cooking by ‘eyeballing’ for years, and this recipe has naturally evolved without precise measurements. I have done my best to estimate the correct amounts and ratios of ingredients for smaller portions, but feel free to adjust as needed. Everyone’s taste preferences vary, so you may want more or less of some ingredients. Feel free to play and make it your own! Enjoy.
Ingredients
4 cups Organic Dry Roasted Peanuts (Salted)
1 - 2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp Peanut Oil (optional)
Preparation
Step 1 - Blend the Peanuts
Place the peanuts in a food processor. Process for 1 minute at a time, pausing between cycles to allow the food processor to cool and prevent overheating. Continue processing until the peanuts are finely chopped and begin to clump together.
Step 2 - Add Honey / Peanut Oil
If desired, add 1 tbsp of honey and continue blending. To speed up the process and achieve a creamier consistency, add 1–2 tbsp of peanut oil while blending.
